Jaime Fasold

Jaime earned a BA in Biblical Education (Columbia International University) and an MA in New Testament (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School). Jaime and his wife Carolina have served in Spain for 53 years with Greater Europe Mission (GEM). After having a music ministry for two years in Barcelona and pioneering work in Guipuzcoa for another two years, in 1974 Jaime founded with Dr. Luis Carballosa the Biblical Institute and Theological Seminary of Spain in Castelldefels (Barcelona) where Jaime served as director and full-time professor and his wife Carolyn as manager and professor for 32 years. From 2017 to 2020 Jaime gave three-hour lectures on hermeneutics to thousands of pastors in Spain and several Latin American countries. When COVID hit in March 2020, Jaime and his wife were in the US about to return to Spain after lecturing in El Salvador. Since that possibility was eliminated, they have since worked as representatives of L'Arcada in the U.S. Jaime has written books in Spanish on hermeneutics, spiritual gifts, and marriage. Jaime has served on the Board of Trustees of L'Arcada since 1993.
